Q:  I understand there are a total of three HOA organizations in our community.  What are these HOAs and what does each of them do?

A:  Villas Condominium Association covers the condos located in the center of Parkway Village and is responsible for servicing the condos' common area and providing maintenance and insurance for the building shells.
Parkway Village Master Homeowners Association covers ALL homeowners in the Parkway Village community, and the Master HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas including the clubhouse, fitness room, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pond and the two entrances on Voss.  Linsch Management is the managing agent.
Casitas and Chalets at Parkway Village covers the single family homes north of Timberglen and is responsible for servicing the front lawns of these homes. 

Q:  How do I get approval for architectural changes within the limits of the Bylaws?

A:  Download the Architectural Request Form on the Documents Page and fax it to Veracity at 214-739-5566.  The Condos HOA Board will then address the request and respond.

Q: What are the procedures for renting the Clubhouse?

A: Contact Linsch Management during business hours at 972-732-1589 or linschmanagement@sbcglobal.net to schedule.  There is a rental fee which goes for cleaning up afterwards.

Q:  Are there restrictions on pets?

A: Specifics outlined in the "Rules & Regulations" - no more than two permitted household pets and no more than 20" in height and 40 lbs. in weight at maturity.
